Program Description:
Through the Department of Educational Leadership at Kansas State University the master’s degree in Educational Leadership offers coursework leading to a master’s degree and/or licensure for elementary and secondary educational leaders. The faculty provide instruction, consultation, and scholarship that focuses on defining and resolving problems of professional practice in a diverse and pluralistic society.
This program involves newly designed courses that take a broad view of leadership beyond the traditional training of school administrators. The program is designed to meet individual professional goals that lead to district, building, and program-level licensure.
