Program Description:

he Educational Leadership program offers two cohorts, the elementary/secondary cohort and the higher education cohort. The cohort structure is essential to the philosophy of the program. Students enter and progress through clusters as a group, fostering a team approach to studying and solving educational problems and interpreting and disseminating the results of such study. Instructional meetings take place every other weekend so that working professionals may pursue doctoral study without interrupting their careers. Classes meet on Friday evenings and Saturdays. The program is offered on a semester calendar.
