Program Description:

The program offers survey courses relating to retirement plans, executive compensation and welfare benefits. In addition, in-depth courses are available which examine the qualifications rules applicable to pension and profit sharing plans, the tax and legal issues applicable to welfare benefit plans, specialized employee benefits plans, contemporary benefit issues, benefits litigation and the practice and procedures involved with these plans.
