The MA in Integral Psychology is designed to educate the next generation of integrally informed scholar-practitioners to skillfully apply psychological insight to real world challenges. Graduates apply this degree in fields as diverse as education, consulting, coaching, human resources, management, and community development and sustainability.

Through the study of psychology, spirituality, and consciousness evolution, students develop a strong theoretical and practical foundation of Western psychology, the world’s wisdom traditions, and the skillful means for applying these principles to personal and professional life.
The Master of Arts in Integral Psychology curriculum includes the study of human psycho-spiritual development and stages of consciousness in a variety of contexts, including humanistic, social, cultural, transpersonal, and integral. The program fosters a deep understanding of interpersonal dynamics and the capacity for self-reflection and self-inquiry necessary for personal transformation. This provides a clearer understanding of human potential and opportunities for physical, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual growth.
The degree curriculum also includes skill-based professional development and elective courses to focus on specific areas such as communication, publishing and media, or teaching skills and curriculum development. Students also can work toward a certificate in Integral Theory or create their own area of emphasis through independent study.
