Program Description:

The International University of the Health Sciences(IUHS), located on St. Kitts, West Indies invites college graduates to apply for a Doctor of Medicine (MD) program. Problem Based Learning is combined with didactic methods to optimize student learning of the pre-clinical curriculum. Pre-Clinical studies are conducted on the IUHS Campus. Allied Healthcare Professionals and PhD?s may be able to study using our unique Student Independent Study Program which has a shorted attendance on campus. Clinical Rotations (Clerkship) can be done St. Kitts, the US, Canada, England, South Africa, and Australia. IUHS is listed with the World Health Organization in the World Directory of medical Schools and is recognized by ECFMG, allowing graduates interested in pursuing a career in the US to take the USMLE examinations. IUHS currently has affiliate programs in Medicine in India and Dubai.
