Program Description:
Indiana University Bloomington provides outstanding opportunities for advanced study in criminal justice. The Department of Criminal justice offers thePh.D., the M.A., and a Ph.D. minor. Both the newly established doctoral program and the longstanding master's program emphasize multidisciplinarystudy of crime, criminal justice, law and society, and cross-cultural perspectives. The department faculty is among the most interdisciplinary in the country in the area of criminal justice, with members holding degrees in anthropology,criminal justice and criminology, geography, history, law, political science, psychology, and sociology. There are 18 full-time faculty members andapproximately 30 full-time graduate students in the department
