Program Description:
The graduate certificate in public personnel administration is delivered online by faculty of Indiana State University's program in public administration. Students will be awarded the certificate after completing four courses, or twelve semester hours, of work. Students with a bachelor degree and an acceptable grade point average from an accredited institution of higher learning are eligible for the program. The program especially welcomes non-traditional and older students with employment backgrounds in public administration and the civil service.
