Program Description:
This program is designed to prepare professionals to assume a variety of leadership positions in the field, including direct service provider, supervisor of psychological services, and university trainer. Graduates work in a variety of settings such as public and private schools, universities, hospitals, mental health centers and independent practice. The program includes formal course work, practica, passing a comprehensive exam, completing a year-long internship, defending a dissertation, and requires a minimum of 101 hours.
