Program Description:
The objective of the M.S. program is to give candidates preparing for professional careers in accounting a greater breadth and depth of accounting education than is possible in an undergraduate accounting program.
The B.S./M.P.A. degrees program is primarily oriented toward preparation for careers in professional accountancy. This program is designed to integrate accounting, technology, information systems, and eligibility for the CPA examination. This program is for students wishing to complete BOTH their bachelor's and master's degrees in accounting at Illinois State University. This program is NOT for students who have already completed a bachelor's degree. Students who have already completed a bachelor's degree should apply to the M.S. program (above).
