Program Description:

The program in environmental and energy law trains students to be environmental and energy professionals and law practitioners who know and understand the law. Students examine the statutes and administrative regulations, case decisions and theoretical underpinnings of environmentalism. Chicago-Kent and other units of IIT provide students with interdisciplinary training in the scientific, economic and ethical aspects of the subject; all are important for those who will develop, administer and implement environmental policy.
