The objective of the Master of Food Process Engineering degree program is to prepare students for professional practice in food process engineering and to provide a foundation in the fundamental knowledge of this discipline.
The objective of the Master of Science in Food Process Engineering degree program is to educate engineers and scientists in different aspects of food engineering and food processing with specialization in an area of food process engineering. Candidates are required to take a total of 32 credit hours, 12 credits of which must be for the core courses listed below, and six to eight credit hours must be in research and thesis work.
