Program Description:
The program in Labor and Employment Law is the centerpiece of Chicago-Kent's Institute for Law and the Workplace. The program consists of a logical, carefully paced sequence of course work and practical skills training that provides comprehensive, rigorous preparation for the field of labor and employment law. To earn a certificate, program participants must complete four core courses, a seminar course, a practicum and additional electives. The core courses are Labor Law; Employment Relationships; Employment Discrimination; and Advanced Research and Drafting in Labor Law and Employment Law.
