The Graduate Program in Anatomy is part of the Howard University Graduate School's rich tradition of academic excellence and its current Master's and Ph.D. program offerings in more than 30 disciplines and approximately 100 specializations. Being located in Washington, DC, one of the world's most powerful and dynamic cities, provides an added dimension to graduate education at Howard University. The purpose of the Howard University Graduate Program in Anatomy is to provide formal masterÆs and doctoral education in contemporary Anatomy. Among the Program's principal foci are: Cell & Molecular Biology, Developmental Biology, Neuroscience, Gross Anatomy, and Evolutionary Biology.
