Program Description:

This program enables students to study for the Master in Real Estate with concentration in Real Estate Finance. This provides students with a solid grounding in Real Estate, and six Specialist Courses in Real Estate Finance, including Corporate Finance, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Accounting, Risk and Portfolio Management, Capital Markets, and the Appraisal of Real Estate. This specialisation in Real Estate Finance is intended to enable students to strategise finance options for projects and for the real estate firm, and to use financial information in reaching management decisions.

This program is offered entirely online.

Alternatively, students may opt to follow the Master in Real Estate and Finance with a semester on the campus of Saint Mary’s University in Halifax, Canada.
