Master of Real Estate
Format: Campus, Online
Program Description:
The Homburg Master of Real Estate draws from over 40 years of industry experience from the Homburg Group of Companies, a multi-billion dollar international real estate conglomerate. The curriculum is crafted by an International Academic Advisory Board of top Professors of Real Estate in six countries. The program is delivered online through an interactive video-conference learning system with online learning materials. Professors are drawn from eight countries, and include full-time academic staff at universities and professionals with industry experience.
The program is inter-disciplinary, and includes courses in a wide-range of subjects to provide a well-balanced approach to Real Estate, opening numerous career trajectories. Features include a final case study through which students work in groups to apply all the elements learned in courses to a Real Estate project.
Because Homburg is multinational, there are opportunities for students to attend Summer Institutes in Zurich and in Canada. There are optional study-abroad opportunities for students to spend a semester at a partner university in North America, Europe, or the Middle East and gain a specialization in the Masters program in areas such as Accounting (Canada), Planning (Poland), and Project Management (Brussels, Belgium), and Construction Management (Dubai).
Financial Aid-Students may apply for one of six Bursaries offered each year.
