Program Description:
The Executive Master of Public Management (EMPM) programme is aimed at experienced professionals from the private, the public and the non-profit sector.
On average, students are 35 years of age and have a work experience of 9 years (the required minimum is two years). Most participants hold a degree in economics, law or social sciences, but also biologists, physicists or anthropologists are amongst the EMPM students.
The EMPM provides the qualifications needed for the modernization of public administration and for better cooperation between government, business and civil society. Professionals acquire additional qualifications in management, make contacts with participants from other sectors and profit from the experience of an international team of teachers from academia, the public sector and the business world.
Participants choose an individual area of concentration and can either study full-time over a period of one year or complete the programme over a period of two years if they wish to study part-time while working.

Eligibility Requirements:
At least to years of relevant work experience; a higher education degree (3-4 years, with an equivalent of 240 ECTS); good English language skills.
