Program Description:

This distance learning course has been developed to provide property professionals with the skills and knowledge needed to work effectively in the investment property market and to compete there with other investment professionals. The course recognises the international dimension to property investment throughout and includes two modules specific to this area. The course also acknowledges the development of research skills and their growing contribution to investment and financing decisions. It includes a specialist module on property research techniques. Taught by distance learning only. The modular format of the course lends itself easily to CPD requirements of professional bodies whilst providing graduates with a highly respected and versatile Masters degree.
