Program Description:

Fully accredited by the Institute of Personnel and Development, this program provides students with the experience and qualification to enter a career in Personnel Management. Students come to the course from a wide range of backgrounds. The programme is designed specifically for those with little or no previous experience or educational background in management or information technology. The course provides an appreciation of the application of the role of information technology in personnel management. Students also study subjects including managing people, employment strategies and procedures and employment law. A significant element of the course is the requirement to produce a dissertation and management report.
