Hawaii Pacific University's Graduate Certificate in National and Community Change and Development (PCNCCD), provides students with the opportunity to acquire knowledge and skills appropriate for conceptualizing and implementing national and community change projects. These abilities are important for leaders in government, community, social and human services, military, and corporations around the world. Nation and community-building is constantly in the news as the political and economic turmoil of recent years has created a need for understanding the complexity of large-scale change projects in multi-ethnic and diverse contexts.
