Program Description:

The LDTC certification program provides a course of study which enables one to be endorsed for state certification. Courses are designed to provide this educational specialist with the preparation and experience to assess and analyze a pupil's learning needs, to plan and prepare instructional strategies, to participate on a Child Study Team in the planning of educational programs, and to serve as a consultant to classroom teachers.
