Program Description:
This fully online master's degree is offered in collaboration with Georgia Southern University, Valdosta State University, and Columbus State University. The program is intended to engage teachers and other educators in masters-level study, to improve their teaching practices, and to be more prepared to meet the requirements of the Georgia Framework for Teaching.
The 12-course online M.Ed. program can be completed in four consecutive semesters – about 16 months - with full-time enrollment. Courses are offered on a continuous basis allowing for part-time enrollment. No campus visits are required to complete the program. Students in the online program benefit from a highly interactive setting that promotes leadership, collegiality, and communication skills.
