Program Description:
The School of Earth and Atmospheric Sciences (EAS) offers graduate programs in the geosciences leading to the degrees Master of Science and Doctor of Philosophy in four areas of specialization: geochemistry, geophysics, atmospheric chemistry, and atmospheric dynamics and climate. The core curricula in each area provide students from diverse academic backgrounds with a common introduction to fundamental chemical and physical principles and are followed by advanced courses to further prepare students for their thesis research.
