Whether you are looking to advance or change your career, our program provides students with the skills and education needed to succeed in today's competitive global marketplace. We offer a professional master's of science degree in three focus areas:
Integrated Project Delivery Systems; Integrated Facility and Property Management; and Residential Construction Development.
Students can also choose to tailor the program to their specific interests, and we offer evening classes so students can continue working while they earn their degree. Students can also opt to attend as traditional full-time graduate students.
Designed with the input of industry leaders, the graduate curriculum emphasizes integrated problem-solving, leadership development, and hands-on training.
