Program Description:
Pulling resources and expertise from the Volgenau School of Information Technology and Engineering, the School of Public Policy, and the School of Management at George Mason University, the Center for Real Estate Entrepreneurship designed the Masters of Science in Real Estate Development to encompass studies throughout the entire real estate development continuum from land use and environmental considerations to acquisition dynamics and construction management. Areas of emphasis currently being developed include:
-land use and zoning
-sustainable development
-real estate finance
-management of the development process
-development company management
-marketing and asset management
-entrepreneurship and leadership

Eligibility Requirements:
1. Official Transcripts showing a Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution
2. Official Transcripts showing any undergraduate study over 30 credits
3. Personal Goals Statement
4. Two Letters of Recommendation
