This master of arts degree is designed for educators who want to grow professionally—interacting with engaging and challenging content. The curriculum and teaching program provides a broad understanding of new trends in curriculum development and offers candidates a strong foundation in curriculum. Graduates with this degree become curriculum leaders at their schools or in their districts. They develop the skills and expertise to facilitate curricular change to meet the needs of today’s students. The are prepared to serve as a resource specialist, curriculum consultant or designer, either commercially or on district curriculum development teams.
