Program Description:
Currently the department has 6 faculty members, 70 graduate students, and approximately 320 undergraduate majors. The department utilizes Applied Developmental Science as an organizing framework for undergraduate program and offers both masters and doctoral degrees in the field, including a doctorate in MFT. Faculty in the department provides leadership for the Florida State University Family Institute, which includes the Inter-University Consortium on Child, Family, and Community Studies.
