Program Description:

The Doctor of Education in Curriculum and Instruction is designed for people with experience in schools or other educational settings who are interested in furthering their ability to work at the intersection of theory and practice around issues of teaching, learning, curriculum, and school reform. The following areas of content specialization are offered: Art Education, Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, English Education, International and Intercultural Education, Instructional Leadership, Learning Technologies, Mathematics Education, Modern Language/Bilingual Education, Reading Education, Science Education, and Social Studies Education.
