Program Description:
The Master of Arts in Collaborative Educational Leadership (MA-CEL) develops collaborative instructional leaders who prepare their students or clients for future social, academic, economic, and political change. Students share ideas and best practices within a learning community model. Learning communities are groups of educators who regularly meet in a location near their homes, as well as online. A team of faculty facilitators structure and guide this process. The program intentionally recognizes, values, and organizes participants in a social setting where they will support one another in successful learning that links theory and practice while holding one another accountable for the quality and integrity of their individual research and applied learning.
Through the MA-CEL program, you can achieve any or all of the following:
- Earn your master’s degree
- Qualify for a Preliminary Administrative Services Credential
- Become a specialist in Charter School Leadership
- Take the first steps toward your doctorate in education (EdD).

Fielding Graduate Universtity is accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
Eligibility Requirements:
• A bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited U.S. college or university or an equivalent international degree.
• An overall undergraduate grade point average of 2.5 or more on a scale of 4.0.
