Our Masters of Business Administration for Executives (MBA-E) program is for talented, high-potential senior and mid-level managers who hold the promise of making a real difference as leaders in their organization. Only a select number of individuals enter this fast paced and intensive weekend program each year in order to insure a highly interactive and dynamic learning experience.
The program is designed to address the scheduling challenges adult students face balancing work, life, and educational demands. A cohort based Saturday program, conveniently located at the Hamilton Park Hotel and Conference Center in Florham Park, New Jersey provides a graduate education model that meets the demand of working professionals like yourself.

Our MBA-E program offers face-to-face and collaborative instruction. This environment will support and challenge you to adapt to the realities confronted by today's business professionals brought about by dynamic change, innovation, and globalization. Interpersonal, problem-solving and decision-making skills, business ethics, and teamwork in multicultural settings are a few of the many techniques that are emphasized.

Eligibility Requirements:
1. Career progression and evidence of career potential.
2. A minimum of five years of business experience.
3. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited or government-recognized college or university, with a record of strong academic achievement.
4. The GMAT requirement may be waived based on the candidate's professional background and experience.
5. Two letters of recommendations: one from your immediate supervisor* and the second from another executive* within your organization who is familiar with your work.
6. Release time for the 10 day overseas seminar.
7. A personal interview, which can be scheduled by calling the director of Silberman's MBA for Executives program at 973-443-8977 (College at Florham, Madison, NJ) or 201-692-7229 (Metropolitan Campus, Teaneck, NJ).
8. A completed Application for MBA-E admission*, which requires an application fee of $40, resume and official copies of all transcripts of prior academic work.
