Program Description:
Emerson's program in Health Communication, offered in collaboration with Tufts University School of Medicine, prepares students to effectively inform, influence and motivate individuals and public audiences about important health concerns. A growing field with a range of applications, health communication includes planning, delivering and evaluating health information and disease prevention campaigns; advocating for health-policy initiatives; and influencing healthcare delivery through more effective client-provider communication.
