Program Description:
Communication Management is a professional degree program that educates specialists capable of leading the internal and external communication efforts of businesses, governmental entities, and nonprofits. Students learn to analyze and assess an organization's existing communication programs, develop strategic plans for improvement, guide their implementation, and conduct evaluations to gauge their effectiveness. Students will also acquire an understanding of an organization in the fields of Human Resources/Employee Communication as well as Public Relations/Stakeholder Communication to design effective ethical communication campaigns and strategies.
