Program Description:
Launching January 2012, the Master of Science in Occupational Safety Management provides the safety, health and environmental professional or aspiring professional with an advanced educational experience to enhance the practice of occupational safety, health and environmental management.
The risk of workplace injuries, illnesses and fatalities present a serious threat in any industry. Organizations rely heavily upon safety professionals to help them mitigate these risks and maintain a safe and healthy work environment. This graduate degree program helps students develop the skills and knowledge they need to effectively anticipate, recognize, evaluate, prevent and control workplace safety and occupational health hazards within numerous industries.
