Program Description:
The Master of Science in Leadership degree program is designed to provide students with the knowledge necessary to effectively lead public and private sector aviation/aerospace organizations in the 21st Century. Within the program students will focus on the development of high performance teams capable of working in dynamic environments; organizational change and development; and, effective communication across the organization and cultural barriers. Students will also explore effective leadership strategies necessary to successfully integrate all aspects of business with the cultural, ethical, and regulatory environment to form comprehensive strategies focused on maximizing the organizations positions in the marketplace.
