Program Description:
The program is designed to prepare persons to develop, administer, and conduct training programs for adults. Participants may develop programs for employees in business, industry, and health-related institutions: for students and teachers engaged in continuing education; or for volunteers, clients, and professionals in community-based organizations.

Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must have completed a bachelor's degree from a regionally-accredited institution recognized by the Council on Higher Education (CHEA). A minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.700 for all undergraduate coursework or approval by the Dean of Continuing Education is required for admission.
