The Department of Human Environmental Sciences offers the Master of Science degree in community nutrition which is designed to prepare professionals for nutrition positions in a variety of community health agencies.The Master of Arts in Education degree with an option in family and consumer sciences education is offered in the College of Education with the cooperation of the Department of Human Environmental Sciences.
