Program Description:

The M.S. degree in chemistry has been designed to meet the needs of students who seek an environment featuring a close interaction with faculty. The program prepares its graduates for continuation into Ph.D. programs, and for industrial and teaching careers. The department consists of 16 faculty whose research interests are diverse and span the disciplines of analytical, biochemical, inorganic, organic, and physical chemistry as well as education.
