Program Description:

The Art Therapy program at Drexel University was the first in the world to offer graduate-level art therapy education. One of the distinct features of this program is that it is housed with a academic health center environment while also maintaining an affiliation with the school of fine arts. The philosophy of the program integrates knowledge of art psychotherapy with current theoretical and practical approaches to assessment and treatment in such fields as mental health, medicine and education.
