Program Description:
The Master of Laws in Intellectual Property (IP) is viewed as one of the most comprehensive IP programs in the country, addressing the growing demand for specialized training in IP law. The College of Law is an innovative leader in the field of IP and information technology law. The Center for Intellectual Property Law and Information Technology (CIPLIT¿), on which the LL.M. is based, is one of the finest programs of its type in the nation. DePaul is at the forefront in these fields with 10 full-time faculty members and more than 30 course offerings. Students also gain valuable experience writing and editing for the highly regarded DePaul-LCA Journal of Art & Entertainment Law and by working in the Technology/Intellectual Property Legal Clinic (TIP Clinic¿) .
