Program Description:
M.S. thesis students must write a thesis based on their research project and successfully pass complete a two-part oral exam. The first part of the examination consists of the thesis presentation and defense; the second part is an oral examination concerning the student's general knowledge of chemistry.
Non-thesis M.S. degree Chemistry students have five tracks to choose from:
•Standard Track
•Analytical/Physical Chemistry Track
•Biochemistry/Medicinal Chemistry Track
•Polymer/Coating Technology Track
•Synthetic Chemistry Track
