DURATION: Normally two years part-time; 14 months fast-track route available to suitably qualified/experienced applicants. Applicants are also invited to study one or more modules only, with transfer possible to the Masters programme at a later point.Part-time Distance learning.The MA in Human Resource Management focuses on the employment relationship from many perspectives and provides a challenging insight into critical areas of contemporary human resource management.For those with a general interest in the subject, knowledge in specific subject areas is coupled with the opportunity to explore and challenge existing perceptions about the contemporary management of people. The programme also provides continuing professional development opportunities for existing human resource practitioners.
