Program Description:
Courses are offered on a full-time and part-time basis. The Graduate Diploma in Applied Heritage Studies provides training and experience in one or more aspects of applied cultural heritage and museum work. The Master of Arts (Cultural Heritage Studies) is a practical alternative to a thesis. Students undertake and document a substantial heritage project, under guidance of a staff member with interest and expertise in the relevant research area. Supervision for PhD and Master degrees (thesis) is available in areas such as museology and curatorship; cultural heritage management; applied historical research; and science communication.
