This course combines the strengths of Cranfield University in technology, management and engineering, to provide a learning experience which is directly focused on the needs of automotive technology managers. By exposing delegates to a broad range of technology disciplines, management practices and different organisational and cultural perspectives, the course aims to empower delegates to see the 'big picture' and to appreciate the different factors required for effective technology management within the context of the international automotive industry. With a teaching emphasis on 'real-world' case studies, the course aims to improve the decision making and strategic problem solving skills of all delegates. The programme format follows the established teaching methods currently employed within the University's Executive MBA. The part-time MSc programme requires each delegate to study 12 modules.
