Program Description:
The Master of Arts in Leadership and Management (MLM) program focuses on the core competencies of leadership, organizational management and research, with an emphasis on how innovation can be used to create successful team-based change efforts that respond to the wide variety of challenges and opportunities present in today's corporate, nonprofit and government organizations. The program includes courses on topics such as leadership, innovation, change, ethics, talent management, action research, financial and project management, and strategic planning. The program is designed to help students better understand and more effectively respond as leaders and/or managers to changes in corporate, nonprofit and public service settings. With a focus on leadership and management that also looks in depth at both innovation and change, this program will be of great use to those being asked to creatively respond to the realities of today's workplaces.
