Columbia University’s Graduate School of Journalism – the only journalism school in the Ivy League – provides journalists with a unique opportunity to hone and deepen their skills at any point in their careers.

For nearly 100 years, the Journalism School has been preparing journalists in a program that stresses academic rigor, ethics, journalistic inquiry and professional practice. Our mission is to give students tools that will guide them over the long term as journalists.
