Program Description:
Industrial/organizational psychology is a scientific field devoted to discovery and application of scientific principles to human problems in the workplace. Students master important concepts in training and leadership development, organizational development, performance measurement, organizational health, quality of life, and selection and placement tools and systems. With a strong quantitative emphasis, the program develops students' scientific knowledge of workplace behavior and how to improve performance and productivity.

Eligibility Requirements:
Grade of B or higher for an undergraduate course in Industrial Psychology, Organizational Psychology, Human Resource Management (Business) or Organizational Behavior (Business); grade of B or higher for an undergraduate course in Statistics. GRE Test and Psychology Subject Test scores are are both required.
