Gain skills to successfully administer and deliver a wide range of adult training and educational programs with this master’s degree. Coursework focuses on program development and evaluation, adult learning theory, and instructional methods, with electives designed to build upon your areas of expertise and interest.

Project-based work ensures real-world knowledge and immediate application on the job. You will learn to think more strategically about program development, learning transfer, program assessment, training return on investment (ROI), and learning technologies.

Colorado State's online Adult Education and Training (AET) program is designed to prepare you for planning and instructional responsibilities appropriate for adult learners in postsecondary, community, and corporate settings. The program represents a coherent, progressive, and current curriculum in the main content areas of adult learning.
