Program Description:
The Master's Program in Psychology is a research-oriented program, designed to prepare students for admission to Ph.D. programs in psychology. Established in 1953, the MA program is a selective one, which admits approximately only one in seven applicants. It does not admit students who intent to pursue careers in clinical psychology. The program's small size on average ten students are admitted each year allows for close interaction among students and faculty and, therefore, superior training for the students in the program.
