Program Description:

The Master of Arts in Nursing Program educates professional nurses for advanced practice. The curriculum consists of core courses, support courses and clinical courses. The core courses provide a foundation in nursing theory, research design, health policies, professional issues and concepts of advanced practice nursing. Some courses are available through distance learning. Five tracks offered- Clinical Nurse Specialist, Nursing Management, Family Nurse Practitioner, Adult Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
