M.A. - Management
The Master of Arts in Management program seeks to prepare managers who can lead change initiatives within their organizations, professions, and business sectors. The program approaches management as a practice, much like medicine or law, which can be studied and mastered. It produces graduates who are skilled at identifying and analyzing organizational problems, creating innovative solutions, and making correct, ethical decisions at the times they are most important. The Management program is designed to be applicable to diverse organizational settings in both the profit and not-for profit environments with concentrations in Healthcare Administration, Human Resource Management and Organization Development.
St. Scholastica is fully accredited by The Higher Learning Commission to offer degrees on campus and via distance learning as a member of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools (NCA).
