Program Description:

The University of St. Francis implemented the Master of Science in Continuing Education and TrainingManagement program in the fall of 1995 to meet the education needs of working professionals responsiblefor the planning, delivery and management of education, training and professional development programsfor adults. There is a growing need for continuing education and training programs in both business andindustry, higher education, continuing professional education, governmental and community agencies,community education, religious organizations, gerontology programs and health care delivery systems. Thecurriculum includes areas of adult learning theory, needs analysis, instructional design and evaluation,program planning, management, marketing and finance. The curriculum includes both theory and application.
